AF

i am suppose to meet one of my friend today
and she has invited me to attend a meeting at sports club
which is actually AF
they are all christian
they will gather at least twice a month
and most of them have been joining for quite some times
they believe in God very much
some of them did their sharing today
ya..is not my first time to go church
i roughly know what is it about
if you ask me what is my religion
i would say my family are buddhist
in my ic i am a buddhist as well
but i would rather say myself a free thinker
because i know that it is assist if you believe in it
in this meeting
everyone is so nice, so friendly and being so warmth
they are just like a family
actually im kind of shy person
dare not to speak out too much in front of peoples
specially when they speak english
because i admit my english is so lousy
still have lots to learn
but i don't mind joining them for further or next meeting
because for us a foreigner in singapore
we don't have our family here
not even lots of friends
so i would say no harm to meet more friends
or to join any activities here if it is good for us
i really learned a lot today
gonna meet them on saturday night for a huge function
everyone who believes in God gonna attend this
i heard is over thousand or more than that will attend
wow...sounds cool huh??
im looking forward to this huge function =)

kickboxing

finally decided to attend kickboxing class

this is my very first time

im so excited

wondering what is it about

herm,..such a tiring exercise

an exercise with a little of aerobic dance

but this is more to self defense

i felt like fainted because of oxygen deficit
but of coz i didn't

i think is such a long time i did not really work out

that is the reason why i feel like fainted

i think i should have build up my physical strength

so that i could do much better in the next and future class

i have decided to do more body work out

time to stop my unhealthy life style before it is too late

i have set my target

i want to get back to my previous body

before everyone laughing at my size

since i have broad body

so i should not have too much fats on my body

or else it doesn't looks good at all

i knew it so i wanna fix it

pictures in my mind

you might not believe it

i have it as my pet once in my life

it looks scary but i think it is cute

but i will never get them as my pet ever again

once i look at it

a lot of pictures come across my mind

my past...my memories...

although it doesn't come with a good ending

but i think it was a great one

i mean a great memory

before flight

food that i have order while waiting for my wakeup call from the hotel

another half an hour to go

enjoying my food since i still have some time to leave for flight

and watching another Barbie Doll show...lol

hate myself so much

i will never get to slim down ever

something that my friend taught me once

she said eat is kind of release when feeling upset

im should have doing my own way

sigh =(

what am i doing??

i have thought of possing a stupid photo while im doing mask at home

kind of stupid reaction i think..haha

but is too ugly i have thought

but today is really boring after came back from dinner

so just post whatever i have

besides,..im watching Barbie Doll cartoon here

ya..you might think that i am childish

but i would rather to watch this kind of childhood shows

than whatever shows other channels are showing

let me tell you the truth

because im scared

once i turn to another channel

there are showing some haunted

or whatever scary scene

so i rather to stay on this Barbie Doll shows...=P

and of coz a better life for my family

don't be afraid to get failure
there is success after the failure
fulfill a dream doesn't show how good i am
but dreamS can prove more about myself
im looking forward to a brighter future

Nanjing-Hang Zhou

the day started with a 3 hours journey from Nanjing to Hang Zhou

and the first thing to do before we started our tour

we had lunch at this restaurant which is well known with some noodles (la mian)
and this restaurant is already operated for 100 years

" Hong Shao Dong Bo Rou "

is an appetizer which taste a bit like " Chiang Fen "

which is a must to visit in Hang Zhou

a scenic place to visit

i guess you can feel how sunny out there?? hot-nya!!

there are a lot of turtles and gold fish in the lake

and this nice looking stone carving or whatever it is called...hehe

just feeling cute to squat down there to take a shot

yeah!! beside is a nice carving i have thought

i always thought chinese like to walk

but there is a escalator

save some energy and perspire

especially during this super hot weather...lol

this is a pool where people throw money into it to make a wish

make a wish make a wish....wish my dreams come true

is too hot where we really need a fan

is only 10 remimbi each

this is the Pure-Silver Pagoda of King Asoka

this is carved with the life story of Buddha

there is a gold coffin preserving the Buddha's hair remains in this pagoda

this is all what we sight see

because the weather is too hot where you would not want to stand out there even is just a minute

and then we decided to visit the tea farm

where all the " Long Jing Cha " produced

this is the end of our tour in Hang Zhou

wish i could bring my mum some days

but it is not gonna be in this weather

probably during end of winter which is not too hot nor cold

sigh...is another 3 hours journey to reach the hotel
